icing sugar ½ tsp vanilla flavoring 150g / 5 oz butter Instructions - Οδηγιες Crush the biscuits into large crumbs. Melt ⅔ of the butter and add it to the crumbled biscuits. Reserve ⅓ of the biscuit mixture for later and transfer the rest into a small rectangular pie dish. Wash and pat dry the peaches. Remove the pits and cut them into eight parts or large cubes. Heat the remaining butter in a large frying pan, over medium to high heat. Add the sugar, cinnamon and clover. Stir to dissolve. Add the chopped peaches and cook until softened, about 5-10 minutes, depending on fruit ripeness. Drain the excess liquid and add the cooked peaches to the biscuit base. Refridgerate until required. Whip the cream using a mixer. Add the icing sugar and vanilla flavouring. Pour the cream onto the cooled peaches and garnish with the reserved ⅓ of biscuit crumbles. May be served immediately or kept refridgerated until required. 3.2.2708
